Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

1. Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices 
2. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the team under him (BDEs - relations) to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met  
3. Ensuring that customers issues are being resolved efficiently and quickly by the executives 
4. Discuss hiring and marketing requirements with territory head  
5. Design and execute marketing activities to meet the business plan targets 
6. Harnessing relationships to generate leads from referrals to maximize our profits  
7. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each customer's requirements and ensure highest satisfaction 
8. Handle escalations of customers in order to retain them  
9. Ensuring that the team can function and maintain a good renewal and upsell rate

Required Candidate profile

1. A bachelor's or a post graduate degree in Administration or related field 
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the area of customer relationship management 
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
4. Proficient in all Microsoft applications.  
5. Superior product knowledge. 
6. A team player with leadership skills.  
7. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. 
8. Knowledge of salesforce is an add-on    

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
