Job Description

Roles and responsibilities  

1. Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices
2. Conduct online/offline training session about product features, sales and customer relations techniques 
3. Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills of the executives (building rapport with the customer, etc) 
4. Identify individual and team skills gaps  
5. Liaise with the managers to understand the gaps, and organise retraining sessions on a regular basis  
6. Track the development of the trainee to ensure they are prepared for the job 
7. Maintain updated records of training curricula and documents 
8. Assess the impact of each training on staff performance and customer satisfaction and retention 
 
Selection process 

There are 2 rounds for the selection process: 
  PI - 1st Round 
  PI - 2nd Round    

Required Candidate profile

Eligibility 
1. Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role 2. Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus  
3. Familiarity with interactive learning activities 
4. A team player with leadership skills 
5. Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills 6. Proficient in all Microsoft applications 
7. Superior product knowledge. 
8. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction  
9. A bachelor's or a post graduate degree in Administration, Human resources or any related field.    

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
